Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to map technological, social, and economic trends through 2026
- Design and execute scenario-planning frameworks for global market disruptions
- Champion innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Develop predictive models for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, bio-convergence)
- Present future-vision roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Integrate foresight insights into product roadmaps and corporate strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of launching future-ready products or services
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., SWOT, STEEPLE, Delphi)
