Responsibilities

- Collaborate with R&D, product, and marketing teams to embed future-readiness into roadmaps
- Author high-impact trend reports and thought leadership content for industry stakeholders
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and emerging-tech startups
- Design and execute foresight workshops to align cross-functional teams on future opportunities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
