- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify future market opportunities and risks
- Produce executive-ready trend reports with actionable recommendations

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
