As a key member of our Future Horizons division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify disruptive opportunities across AI, quantum computing, sustainable tech, and human-machine augmentation. Your insights will directly shape our 5-year strategic roadmap and product development pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for future market conditions and disruption vectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and trend briefings for executive and investor audiences
- Partner with product teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish KPIs for tracking future-state adoption and innovation ROI
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record in developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking (e.g., CFMP, ACFC)
