Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, climate engineering) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision implementation
- Produce quarterly trend reports with predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our FutureLab incubator
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced trend synthesis methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/CFP) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating future-vision projects with measurable impact
