Responsibilities

- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready capabilities into development roadmaps
- Produce annual 'State of 2026' reports for stakeholders and industry forums
- Establish innovation labs for prototyping 2026-viable solutions
- Mentor teams on future-thinking methodologies and strategic foresight
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and tech signals impacting 2026 market conditions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI) and their societal impacts
- Proven track record of executing multi-year strategic initiatives
