Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a network of industry futurists and academic thought leaders
- Advise product development teams on emerging opportunities and disruptive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to boards and executive committees quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and predictive modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field required
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight preferred
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Gartner Hype Cycle)
