Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies (2024-2026)
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive technological shifts
- Design strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops with executive stakeholders
- Author thought leadership reports on future workforce evolution
- Collaborate with R&D teams on prototype development for 2026 solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technological adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or technology consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Scenario Planning preferred
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio of published futurist work or strategic roadmaps
