- Develop and maintain the company's 10-year strategic foresight framework with quarterly scenario modeling updates
- Architect cross-functional innovation pipelines integrating AI, biotech, and human-computer interaction trends
- Present future trend briefings to executive leadership and board members with data-driven impact assessments
- Collaborate with product teams to embed foresight methodologies into development lifecycles
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and future-focused think tanks

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
