- Produce annual Future State reports with actionable recommendations
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor a team of future-strategy analysts
- Represent company vision at global tech conferences and forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future planning
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field
- Proven track record of predicting market disruptions (3+ validated predictions)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, neurotech)
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight preferred
