Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Horizon Framework using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead cross-functional workshops mapping future market disruptions to product roadmaps
- Produce quarterly foresight briefings for executive stakeholders and board members
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype solutions for 2026-era challenges
- Establish global foresight networks with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Quantify future market opportunities through scenario modeling and Monte Carlo simulations
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record developing 5+ year corporate roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, and biotech convergence trends
- Advanced certification in Futures Studies (e.g., CFCS from ACFS)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three implemented future-focused initiatives
- Experience with foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Methodology)
- PhD or MBA from Tier 1 institution with focus on technology strategy
