- Collaborate with C-suite on strategic positioning for post-2025 markets
- Produce future scenario reports and competitive intelligence briefings
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions
- Represent company at global futurist forums and tech summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or advanced R&D
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and disruption patterns
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented initiatives
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership on post-2020 tech trends
- Experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
