Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, AI evolution, and societal shifts to forecast 2026 business landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks and innovation roadmaps aligned with 5-year organizational goals
- Lead executive workshops on scenario planning and future-proofing methodologies
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate breakthrough technologies and market opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight insights into executable business strategies
- Monitor and evaluate strategic initiatives against future-state KPIs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP, CPSM)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state strategy implementations
