Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advise executive leadership on disruptive market shifts and competitive positioning
- Build and manage an ecosystem of academic and industry partners for R&D collaboration
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technology and societal trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing multi-year corporate roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Research preferred
