Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2035 strategic frameworks by synthesizing global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and behavioral economics
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with quantum computing, neurotech, and climate modeling experts
- Produce executive-grade scenario planning models for board-level decision support
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and EU Horizon Europe initiatives
- Author thought leadership published in Nature Futures and Harvard Business Review
- Drive patent development for next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Quantitative Sociology
- 10+ years in strategic foresight roles with Fortune 500 or government innovation labs
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals (minimum 3 citations)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (STEEP analysis, Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized governance
- Proven track record of implementing 10-year strategic plans with measurable impact
- Security clearance (Top Secret/SAP preferred)
