Responsibilities

- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops for C-suite and innovation teams
- Build proprietary trend intelligence frameworks using proprietary AI platforms
- Partner with R&D to integrate future-focused innovations into product roadmaps
- Publish thought leadership in top-tier journals and industry conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic plans adopted by Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in AI-driven trend analysis, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into executive narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from WFS or APF)
- Published work in Harvard Business Review or equivalent tier publications
- Mastery of foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact analysis)
