- Produce foresight reports and predictive models for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-oriented solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board committees
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and technological shifts affecting 2026-2030 landscape
- Establish innovation KPIs and track future-readiness metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning
