Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, quantum computing adoption, climate tech acceleration) to inform 5-10 year strategic plans
- Develop scenario models for disruptive technologies affecting 2026 business landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product roadmaps
- Produce quarterly foresight reports with quantifiable impact assessments
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions targeting 2026 market readiness
- Establish KPI frameworks for tracking future-relevant innovation metrics
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPC) or equivalent practical experience
