Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap for AI integration, focusing on quantum supremacy and neural networks.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies into our core product suite.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct cutting-edge research into predictive modeling and autonomous decision-making systems.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Proven experience in designing systems for high availability and massive scale.
- Deep understanding of quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq) and their application in AI.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing diverse technical teams.
