Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term technical vision for Year 2026, aligning AI capabilities with business objectives.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Pilot Programs: Spearhead the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI prototypes that solve complex business problems.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate abstract future concepts into concrete technical deliverables.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and business teams.
