Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the technical architecture roadmap aligned with the 2026 strategic vision.
- Lead the design of scalable, secure, and high-performance integration systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Establish and enforce coding standards and architectural best practices to ensure long-term maintainability.
- Conduct architectural reviews and provide mentorship to senior engineering teams.
- Monitor emerging technologies and market trends to recommend innovative solutions for the 2026 release cycle.
- Ensure all systems are compliant with current and future regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, system design, or engineering leadership.
- Proven experience in defining technical standards and leading large-scale integration projects.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term scalability.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
