We are seeking a visionary 2026 Readiness Program Manager to spearhead our strategic initiatives aimed at shaping the technological landscape by the year 2026. As a key member of our Strategy Office, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our 2026 roadmap, collaborating with engineering, product, and executive leadership to define the future of our digital infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Strategic Roadmap aligned with organizational vision and market trends.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technologies and competitive opportunities.
- Oversee the transition of legacy systems to next-generation infrastructure by 2026.
- Manage stakeholder communication to ensure alignment across all departments regarding long-term goals.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with long-term technology adoption and regulatory changes.
- Drive the adoption of AI and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress toward 2026 milestones.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management, strategic planning, or product management.
- Strong background in Emerging Technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing) and digital transformation.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-year projects with high ambiguity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level presentations.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- BS/MS in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
