Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Design and implement the 3-5 year technology roadmap focused on the specific needs and capabilities anticipated in the year 2026, including AGI integration and quantum computing readiness.
- AI Infrastructure: Oversee the architectural transition to AI-native systems, ensuring seamless integration of predictive algorithms and autonomous agents into core business processes.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (Neuromorphic computing, Synthetic Data) to identify high-impact opportunities for the organization.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Translate complex technical futures into clear, actionable strategies for executive leadership and product teams.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish frameworks for ethical AI usage and data sovereignty, ensuring 2026 compliance with evolving global regulations.
- System Scalability: Architect cloud-native solutions that can handle exponential data growth and complex computational loads typical of advanced AI models.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Software Architecture, System Design, or Strategic Technology Planning, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning pipelines, distributed systems, and cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and propose forward-thinking technical solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
