Job Description
Join NexGen Dynamics at the forefront of 2026's technological revolution as our Quantum UX Research Lead. We're pioneering human-computer interfaces for next-gen quantum computing systems, and we need visionary researchers to decode user interactions in post-quantum environments. This role combines cognitive psychology, emerging tech literacy, and predictive analytics to shape experiences that bridge the gap between human intuition and quantum mechanics.
You'll collaborate with AI architects and neuro-UX specialists to develop research methodologies for quantum interfaces, analyzing behavioral patterns in simulated quantum environments. Our team operates in a state-of-the-art lab with access to quantum simulators and neural-interface prototyping tools.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute user research studies for quantum computing interfaces using biometric and neural feedback systems
- Develop predictive UX models for post-quantum interaction paradigms
- Lead cross-functional workshops with quantum physicists and AI developers
- Create documentation frameworks for quantum-specific accessibility standards
- Analyze user behavior in simulated quantum decision-making scenarios
- Present findings to C-suite executives and R&D partners
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging UX methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Cognitive Science/HCI or equivalent experience with quantum computing interfaces
- 5+ years in UX research with neuro-technology or AR/VR systems
- Proficiency in quantum simulation platforms (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in human-quantum interaction or future UX trends
- Expertise in eye-tracking, EEG, and biometric data analysis
- Experience with predictive modeling for emergent technologies
- Portfolio demonstrating work with speculative design or future tech interfaces
