Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum processor designs targeting 2026 commercial viability
- Develop novel quantum error correction algorithms achieving <0.001% logical error rates
- Create hybrid quantum-classical interfaces for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Secure patents for proprietary quantum circuit designs and methodologies
- Collaborate with NASA and DARPA on quantum communication protocols
- Present breakthroughs at IEEE Quantum Computing Summit and Nature journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum hardware/software architecture
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum development frameworks
- Deep understanding of superconducting qubit technology
- Proven track record of delivering quantum MVPs
