Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 5+ years quantum architecture experience
- Proven track record in building quantum systems with >100 logical qubits
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC)
- Publishing history in Nature/Science quantum computing journals
- Fluency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation strategies
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware integration
