Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm design and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware constraints and superconducting qubit systems
- Track record of publishing in top quantum computing journals or conferences
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
