Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or hardware design
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant systems
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Cirq, Qiskit)
- Deep understanding of superconducting, photonic, or topological qubit technologies
- Experience with quantum simulation frameworks and HPC environments
