- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers to implement quantum algorithms

- Research novel qubit architectures targeting 1000+ qubit systems
- Create security protocols for quantum-resistant encryption standards
- Present breakthrough findings at international quantum computing conferences
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, PRL)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC)
- Proven track record of building fault-tolerant quantum prototypes
