- Collaborate with cryptography teams to implement quantum-safe encryption standards
- Establish performance benchmarks for quantum algorithms targeting 2026 adoption
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum system integration and optimization
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault-tolerant architectures
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and hardware interfaces
- Deep understanding of NIST quantum cryptography standards and post-quantum algorithms
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects with cross-functional teams
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel processing
