Qualifications

- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and high-performance computing environments
- Experience securing DoD/NSF grants for quantum research projects exceeding $2M
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks and NISQ-era limitations
