Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or Advanced AI with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum/AI conferences (NeurIPS, QIP)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum hardware platforms
- Proven track record of securing government/VC research funding
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience leading R&D teams of 10+ scientists
- Portfolio of deployed quantum-AI hybrid systems
