Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-AI hybrid systems using Qiskit, TensorFlow Quantum, and custom frameworks
- Lead R&D initiatives in error-corrected quantum neural networks
- Develop fault-tolerant algorithms for real-time quantum data processing
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum chip-AI accelerator interfaces
- Translate theoretical quantum computing models into production-ready AI solutions
- Mentor a cross-disciplinary team of quantum physicists and ML engineers
- Secure patents for novel quantum-AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum machine learning algorithms and NISQ-era hardware
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum-AI integration
- Mastery of quantum circuit optimization and error mitigation techniques
- Strong Python/C++ proficiency with quantum computing frameworks
- Experience leading teams in high-stakes R&D environments
