Responsibilities
- Design quantum-AI hybrid systems for real-world problem-solving in climate modeling, drug discovery, and logistics optimization
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum algorithms leveraging AI for error correction and optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists, ML engineers, and domain experts
- Establish architectural frameworks for scalable quantum neural networks
- Collaborate with academic partners on quantum-AI benchmarking standards
- Translate theoretical quantum computing concepts into practical enterprise solutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or AI architectures at scale
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Expertise in quantum error mitigation and hybrid quantum-classical workflows
- Experience leading technical teams in fast-paced R&D environments
