Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum AI algorithms leveraging Q# and TensorFlow Quantum
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical neural networks
- Develop predictive models for complex systems with 10,000+ variable optimization
- Architect error-corrected quantum computing protocols for real-world applications
- Translate theoretical quantum principles into deployable enterprise solutions
- Present breakthrough findings at international tech symposia and academic journals
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum machine learning methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Machine Learning
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development with demonstrated publications
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Deep understanding of neural network optimization and tensor calculus
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters and quantum simulators
- Track record of deploying at least one production-level quantum AI system
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
