Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics
- 5+ years building production quantum systems or AI infrastructure
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, error correction, and machine learning frameworks
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum development platforms
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience with high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into actionable roadmaps
