- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum neural networks
- Design fault-tolerant quantum processors with <10⁻⁹ error rates
- Translate theoretical quantum computing models into deployable AI solutions
- Secure patents for novel quantum-AI methodologies
- Present breakthroughs at global tech forums including IEEE Quantum Week
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computational Theory
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or AI frameworks
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum SDKs
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit design
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Proven track record of scaling quantum-AI prototypes to production
- Security clearance for quantum-sensitive projects
