- Architect and oversee end-to-end delivery of the 2026 platform, ensuring technical excellence and alignment with strategic goals
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product specialists through agile methodologies
- Define project scope, milestones, and resource allocation while maintaining budget adherence

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technical project leadership with 5+ in large-scale enterprise systems
- Proven expertise in full-stack development (cloud-native, microservices, AI/ML integration)
- Strong background in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience with distributed teams and remote collaboration tools
- Certification in PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management credentials
- Demonstrated success in delivering projects with $1M+ budgets
