Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of the 2026 Initiative roadmap across quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech domains
- Coordinate 15+ cross-functional teams including AI researchers, quantum engineers, and sustainability specialists
- Develop strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
- Drive agile methodologies with bi-weekly sprint reviews and quarterly strategic pivots
- Present progress to C-suite and board members using advanced data visualization tools
- Manage $5M+ budget allocation and resource optimization across tech verticals
- Champion ethical AI frameworks and carbon-neutral technology standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech project leadership with 5+ years managing quantum/AI initiatives
- Proven track record delivering complex projects with $10M+ budgets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in agile methodologies, Jira, and cloud-native architectures
- Deep understanding of quantum computing principles and AI ethics frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with executive-level experience
- Published research in Nature, Science, or IEEE journals (strongly preferred)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
