- Champion agile methodologies while maintaining rigorous quality standards for deliverables
- Represent the project in high-stake stakeholder engagements with industry partners and investors
- Develop predictive analytics frameworks to project outcomes and mitigate technical risks
- Mentor junior team members in emerging technologies and project leadership principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology project management with 5+ years in AI/quantum environments
- Proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-disciplinary technical initiatives
- Expertise in Scrum/Kanban frameworks with PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred
- Deep understanding of quantum computing architectures and machine learning frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience with cloud-native deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps practices
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field or equivalent industry impact
