Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven success in large-scale transformation projects
- Expertise in AI/ML, robotics, or human-computer interaction
- Published research in future-tech domains (e.g., neural interfaces, quantum computing)
- Experience securing federal grants or international tech consortium funding
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
