Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and own the product vision and roadmap for the 2026 launch cycle, aligning with corporate objectives.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop comprehensive GTM strategies, collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and engineering teams.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging trends and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Lead cross-functional squads, ensuring clear communication and alignment on key deliverables.
- Innovation Execution: Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of new features, from concept to production release.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize analytics to measure success, iterate on product performance, and optimize user engagement.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, or Business Development, with a focus on high-stakes launches.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to think long-term and translate complex business goals into actionable product strategies.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to C-level executives and diverse audiences.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
