Responsibilities
- Design and oversee end-to-end logistics frameworks for 2026 Olympic venues across North America
- Coordinate with international stakeholders (IOC, sponsors, host cities) to ensure flawless execution
- Implement real-time tracking systems for athlete transport, equipment, and supply chains
- Develop contingency plans for weather disruptions, geopolitical events, and last-minute changes
- Lead sustainability initiatives including zero-waste venue operations and carbon-neutral transportation
- Manage vendor relationships for technology integration (IoT, blockchain, AI-driven logistics)
- Produce risk mitigation strategies for security, customs, and cross-border operations
Qualifications
- 7+ years in international logistics with 3+ years in major sporting events
- Advanced degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or International Relations
- Proficiency in logistics software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $10M
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Six Sigma
- Fluency in English and at least one additional Olympic language (French/Spanish)
- Demonstrated crisis management in high-profile global events
