Responsibilities

- Lead R&D initiatives targeting 2026 commercialization milestones
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation portfolio with ROI-driven prioritization
- Partner with C-suite to align strategy with board-level ESG goals
- Build and mentor a high-performance innovation lab team of 15+ specialists
- Secure strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global tech consortia
- Present quarterly innovation metrics to Fortune 500 client advisory board
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or director-level roles
- Proven track record launching products with $100M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for innovation initiatives
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Patent portfolio or peer-reviewed research in emerging technologies
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for APAC market expansion
