Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives and market disruptors
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and prototype next-gen solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology integration
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies and geopolitical trends to identify strategic opportunities and risks
- Present innovation strategies to executive stakeholders and investors, securing buy-in for multi-year R&D initiatives
- Build and nurture partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation cycles
- Oversee the development of intellectual property portfolios and patent strategies for 2026-focused technologies
- Drive a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping within the innovation ecosystem
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 12+ years of experience in corporate innovation, R&D leadership, or future technology strategy
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies or market-disrupting products
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) and their commercial applications
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with ability to translate complex concepts into executable roadmaps
