Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligning with UN SDGs and emerging tech trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum, AR/VR, bio-integrated systems)
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive opportunities by 2026
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine collaboration
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and external stakeholders including NASA and IEEE
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Partner with MIT Media Lab and Stanford HAI on future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's in Innovation Management, Futurism, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or top-tier consulting
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Experience with UN SDG implementation frameworks
- Portfolio of 3+ implemented future-focused projects
- Fluency in English and Mandarin/Spanish (global collaboration)
