Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026+ tech initiatives across AI, quantum, and biotech domains
- Forecast emerging tech trends and develop 5-year innovation roadmaps
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future-forward technologies into core business
- Drive cross-functional R&D sprints for next-gen solutions
- Present innovation frameworks to investors and industry leaders
- Lead ethics governance for advanced AI/deep tech deployments
- Mentor junior talent in future-focused skill development
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or biotech convergence
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (IEEE, MIT, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling from concept to market with disruptive tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Strong network with VCs and global tech innovation hubs
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
