Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with global market disruption patterns
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing breakthrough solutions for quantum computing, biotech convergence, and sustainable infrastructure
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government bodies for next-gen R&D initiatives
- Conduct horizon-scanning analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, climate tech) and their market implications
- Drive innovation culture through workshops, hackathons, and internal incubation programs
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Oversee patent strategy and intellectual property development for disruptive innovations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years experience in corporate strategy or innovation leadership within Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven track record of launching transformative initiatives with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AI ethics, climate tech, or biotech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Strong executive presence with successful stakeholder management at C-suite level
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, IXL Center) or strategic foresight preferred
