Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps for quantum AI integration and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional 'Horizon Scanning' teams to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Secure $50M+ in strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Present technology forecasts to the Board of Directors and Fortune 100 clients
- Mentor a 15-person 'Future Labs' division through agile innovation cycles
- Drive patent strategy targeting 30+ filings in quantum computing and synthetic biology
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Physics, Computational Biology, or Futurology
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to $100M+ revenue
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent on exponential technologies
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for AI ethics and biotech governance
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
- Exceptional ability to translate complex concepts into executive narratives
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ paradigm-shifting technology implementations
