Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with business growth targets

Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Strong background in AI/ML, IoT, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successfully launched disruptive products
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
